Warzone Season 3 BAR loadout

A Warzone expert has revealed a BAR loadout that is perfect for long-range engagements across Caldera. This underrated AR is dominating in Season 3 following major buffs.

We’re now well into Warzone Pacific Season 3 and players are still experimenting with weapons following the buffs and nerfs that shook up the meta. Thanks to a May 4 update, players received additional changes that significantly buffed Vanguard Assault Rifles.

As a result, players immediately shifted to the STG44 as it has always been one of Vanguard’s best. However, one Assault Rifle has flown under the radar as an excellent long-range option on Caldera.

Best BAR Warzone Pacific

The BAR started off Season 1 of Warzone Pacific as a top option but failed to make a lasting impact on the Assault Rifle meta. In Season 3 it is at its best once again, but a pick ratio of only .72% proves that it is not receiving the attention it deserves.

Warzone expert Metaphor has put an excellent BAR loadout together for long-range gunfights specifically for Caldera’s open spaces. The BAR may not be the easiest weapon to control, but Metaphor explains that there are few weapons that pack a similar punch at long-range.

Metaphor’s BAR AR Warzone loadout

  • Muzzle: MX Silencer
  • Barrel: CGC 30” XL
  • Optic: SVT-40 PU Scope 3-6x or G16 2.5x
  • Stock: Chariot WR or Cooper SP
  • Underbarrel: M1941 Hand Stop
  • Magazine: .50 BMG 40 Round Mag
  • Ammunition: Lengthened
  • Rear Grip: Polymer Grip
  • Perk: Hardscope
  • Perk 2: On-Hand

The key to this loadout is the BAR’s .50 BMG 40 Round Mag. This damage mag hits extremely hard, but it will cost some recoil control & accuracy to produce, “I think this gun is sleeper OP.”

For this reason, the loadout certainly favors mouse and keyboard players, as it can be quite difficult to control. However, Metaphor claims that the Cooper SP and G16 2.5x are interchangeable with the Chariot WR and SVT-40 PU Scope 3-6x if you’re struggling to get the Bar under control.

Hardscope, Polymer Grip, and the M1914 Hand stop will further increase your ability to keep the weapon in check for long-range gunfights as they counteract the damage magazine.

Due to the weapon’s low rate of fire, if you miss your shots, you will be punished for it. However, if you’re confident in your aim, then the shots you do land will absolutely shred through enemies, “I think this gun is being slept on.”
