Warzone expert brings back OP DMR meta with two-shot Battle Rifle loadout
ActivisionWarzone 2 expert Metaphor shared his 2-shot Battle Rifle loadout, which he claims resembles the infamous OG DMR meta from the Black Ops Cold War and Warzone integration.
Warzone 2 players are constantly in search of the latest optimized loadout for the best weapons in both Battle Royale and Resurgence. However, amidst numerous options, certain guns occasionally tend to be missed.
Especially for Battle Royale players, having a loadout capable of eliminating opponents from a distance is crucial. Dealing with long and medium ranges can be challenging without weapons that meet specific conditions, such as Assault Rifles, Snipers, and especially Battle Rifles.
Luckily, Warzone expert Metaphor shared his Tempus Torrent Battle Rifle loadout that allows players to 2-shot kill enemies. This Battle Rifle has surged in popularity since the last Cronen Squall’s nerf becoming a more than viable option for many players.
Metaphor’s best Tempus Torrent loadout in Warzone 2
- Barrel: 14″ Chroma LRS
- Optic: Forge Tac Delta 4
- Stock: Corio Precio Factory
- Rear Grip: Sakin ZX Grip
- Magazine: 50 Round Drum
To kick off Metaphor’s best Warzone Tempus Torrent loadout, he opted for the 14″ Chroma LRS barrel to improve the recoil control and steadiness, damage range, and bullet velocity. Allowing players to easily eliminate enemies from a far distance.
Then, he equipped the Sakin ZX rear grip and Corio Precio factory stock that further strengthens aiming stability and recoil control, which is probably one of this weapon’s biggest downsights.
Lastly, he chose the Forge Tac Dalta 4 optic to provide a 5.5x magnification and be able to easily locate enemies at far distances on the map. And the 50 Round Drum magazine lets players ensure they won’t run out of ammo, especially since the Tempus Torrent uses Sniper ammo.
Metaphor showcases the effectiveness of this loadout in Warzone 2’s Al Mazrah Battle Royale map, where the weapon best perform due to the long-range distances and massive amount of open spaces.
