Fortune’s Keep, a brand-new Resurgence-style map, hits Warzone with June 22’s Season 4 update. This new map also brings new gameplay mechanics such as the Black Market Run Contract, so here’s how to complete it and all of the rewards available.

Rebirth Island has long been the destination for Warzone players looking for some fast-paced battle royale action, but Season 4 brings competition with Fortune’s Keep. Roughly the same size as Rebirth, Fortune’s Keep will soon be there alongside Rebirth as the place to go for past-paced action.

Fortune’s Keep also brings some brand-new gameplay additions such as the Black Market Run Contract and the Cash Extraction Event. The Black Market Run Contract gives players powerful tools to secure a win, so here’s everything you need to know about it.

Warzone Fortune’s Keep Black Market Run Contract explained

Fortune’s Keep brings the brand-new Black Market Run Contract to Warzone Season 4, which gives players access to a new Black Market Buy Station with special items not found in regular Buy Stations.

Here’s everything you need to do to complete the Black Market Run Contract, and all of the unique rewards you can purchase.

How to complete Warzone Black Market Run Contract

Fortune’s Keep’s Black Market Run Contract is very similar to Warzone’s Supply Run, but you’ll be heading to one of the new Black Market Buy Stations instead.

After picking up the Black Market Run Contract, you’ll be tasked with reaching a Black Market Buy Station as a timer counts down. Reach it in time, and you’ll have access to plenty of powerful rewards that could easily bring you to victory.

Warzone Black Market Buy Station rewards

Fortune’s Keep’s Black Market Buy Stations contain several powerful upgrades you can’t get anywhere else, with some such as the Sequencer Grenade and Nebula V Minigun never seen in Warzone before.

Here’s everything inside a Fortune’s Keep Black Market Buy Station:

  • Sequencer Grenade
  • Nebula V Minigun
  • Foresight
  • Specialist Bonus
  • One of several classified weapons

It’s likely that the Nebula V Minigun acts the same as the Juggernaut’s minigun but the bullets have the same effect as the Nebula V Ammo Field Upgrade. However, the Sequencer Grenade is anyone’s guess.

Sequencer Charges exist in the Star Wars mythology, acting like either a landmine or a remote-detonated grenade depending on its mode. We’ll just need to wait and see what Raven Software have cooked up, though.

Is Warzone’s Black Market Run Contract coming to Caldera & Rebirth Island?

While Black Market Run’s arrival hasn’t been confirmed for Caldera, the devs described it as one of the “New In-Game Features, First on Fortune’s Keep.”

So, it sounds like the Black Market Run and Cash Extraction mechanics could make their way to either Caldera or Rebirth Island (or both) later.
