2018 Call of Duty World Championship takes place August 15-19 in Columbus, OH

Activision and MLG have announced that the 2018 Call of Duty World League Championship, presented by PlayStation 4 will take place August 15-19 in Columbus, Ohio.

The first two days of action, August 15 and 16, will take place in the MLG Arena. The first two days will feature the Group Play action at the MLG Arena and is closed to spectators. The event will then move to the Nationwide Arena in Ohio for the playoff bracket on August 17-19. The event is open to spectators at the Nationwide Arena August 17-19.

32 teams from around the world will come to Columbus, OH in August 15-19 to compete for their share of the $1.5 million prize pool. 16 of the 32 teams have already qualified, through the Pro League, with the remaining 16 teams to qualify via LAN Qualifiers in July.

Tickets to attend the 2018 CWL Champs at the Nationwide Arena from August 17-19 are on sale now.
