How to use the new Mule Kick Perk in Cold War Zombies
Black Ops Cold War’s fabulous selection of Zombies Perks has increased as Mule Kick is back. Follow our guide to see how to use it, what it actually does for you, and where to find it.
It’s always fun when you start building up your points in Zombies, as the real entertainment starts when you start to Pack-a-Punch your weapons and acquire multiple Perks to enhance your gameplay.
Our easy guide will show you where to find Mule Kick in Mauer Der Toten, its effects, and how to use it.
What does the Mule Kick Perk do in CoD Zombies?
Unlike the most recent addition to the Zombies repertoire – Tombstone – Mule Kick focuses more on offense than defense. Tombstone plans for the event that you get downed, and Mule Kick tries to make sure it doesn’t come to that.
Mule Kick allows you to “Carry a 3rd primary weapon.” Anyone who plays Zombies will know just how key that can be to success in Call of Duty Zombies.
These are the different Tier upgrades you can unlock too:
- I. Crafted Equipment grants an additional Equipment if able
- II. All enemies have a small chance to drop ammo
- III. Stowed weapons slowly refill ammo from stock
- IV. 25% chance to keep non-retrievable Equipment when used
- V. Third primary weapon is recovered when repurchasing Mule Kick

How to use the Mule Kick Perk in Cold War Zombies
Now that you know what it does and you’ve managed to get your hands on one, it’s time to make sure you know how to use it.
Once you have your two main weapons equipped and are raring to go, think carefully about what else you could do with and pick up a third weapon. You can then press the appropriate button for the gaming platform you’re playing on and cycle through all three weapons now.
We’d advise you to keep all three weapons different, such as an Assault Rifle, an SMG, and maybe something powerful for crowd control like a Shotgun.
