How to turn on the power in Cold War Zombies Mauer Der Toten
Before you can do anything beyond shooting Zombies on Cold War’s Mauer Der Toten map, you need to switch on the power. Here’s a full guide on how to turn on the power.
When you load into Black Ops Cold War Season 4 Reloaded’s Mauer Der Toten map, the first thing you need to do is turn on the power. Whether you want to use the Pack-a-Punch machine, build Klaus, or get your hands on the new CRBR-S Wonder Weapon, you need power.
Turning on the power won’t be too much of a challenge, and to make it easier, we’ve broken down everything you need to do to get started in Mauer Der Toten.
How to switch on Mauer Der Toten’s power

Mauer Der Toten’s power switch can be found in the underground subway system, marked by glowing arrows.
When you load into Black Ops Cold War’s Mauer Der Toten, your first objective will be to turn on the power. To do this, you need to escape the rooftops you spawn on and head down to the streets below.
Take the ziplines between the buildings then follow the arrows down to the streets. You may need to take out several zombies to earn enough essence to open the doors.
From the street, follow the rightmost objective marker down into the sewers. Be careful as you approach the tracks because this triggers the train to fly past. We recommend immediately doubling back once the train triggers, as it’s easy to get overwhelmed by zombies on the platform.
Then just follow the marker through the underground until you reach the power switch. Pull it, and you’ll be tasked with collecting two Electrical Fuses.
How to get Electrical Fuses in Mauer Der Toten
To turn on the power, you’ll need to get two Electrical Fuses by defeating Tempests around the streets of Berlin.
Luckily, once you pull the power switch, these Tempests will be marked as objectives around the map. Make sure you’ve cleared most of the map’s Zombies before taking them on, as they hit extremely hard.
Once you’ve defeated a Tempest, pick up the Electrical Fuse that they drop, and bring it down to the power switch. Insert two into the fuse box, pull the switch again, and Mauer Der Toten will have power!

- Follow objective markers down to the subway system
- Locate the power switch and interact with it
- Defeat two Tempests and collect the Electrical Fuses
