Season 5 will bring plenty of changes to Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, with some weapon tuning for Assault Rifles and SMGs being one of the main attractions.

Plenty of excitement is circulating in the Call of Duty community, with the upcoming release of Season 5 taking place on August 12 for Black Ops Cold War and Warzone.

There will be plenty of new things for players to experience when Season 5 launches. One of the most interesting is various weapon tuning that will be arriving in Black Ops Cold War, and we have everything currently known about them covered for you.

Black Ops Cold War Season 5

Treyarch revealed details about Black Ops Cold War Season 5 recently and provided the community a first look at all of the new content they will be able to experience in the new period for the popular first-person shooter.

While the additions of the EM2 Assault Rifle, Tec-9 SMG, Cane Melee weapon, Marshal secondary, and major Zombies updates were highlights of the Black Ops Cold War Season 5 reveal, Treyarch also confirmed that Season 5 would be bringing some weapon tuning for Assault Rifles and SMGs.

“We’ve also got a new round of weapon tuning coming for a selection of assault rifles and SMGs, including some new tweaks for the LC10,” stated Treyarch Studios.

Besides the LC10, it remains to be seen exactly which Assault Rifles and SMGs will be tweaked when Season 5 for Black Ops Cold War launches on August 12.

However, as with most waves of weapon buffs and nerfs, there is sure to be plenty of excitement from players to see which weapons got changed and if their favorite ones are either better or worse off.
