BOCW’s Die Maschine Zombies mode has a simple glitch that nullifies any threat from Zombies. The strange new glitch doesn’t require anything special to carry it out and simply going prone now makes you invincible to any attacks.

In what is seemingly becoming an unprecedented year for Call of Duty glitches, Treyarch‘s Black Ops Cold War has not only gained another big glitch but another one that incorporates some element of invincibility.

It wasn’t all that long ago that the mode had a God Mode glitch that essentially enabled the same kind of thing to occur. But this new one doesn’t need a great deal to replicate it seems.

BOCW Zombies invincibility glitch

It’s true that we all want that wondrous game of Zombies that gets us into the hundreds in terms of round performance, and this new glitch will allow you to do this.

Evidence of this weird new exploit was found in the game’s subreddit and it was posted by a user called thrifthyped. There’s nothing complicated about the video either, it simply consists of our player just chilling…on the floor.

They are just simply prone on the floor, with a pistol in hand, just shooting the breeze with the lower-halves of many murderous zombies.

Our player is just aiming their gun wherever they please – very much alive – as the gang of Zombies completely surround them, powerless to do anything about it for some reason.

For the complete video of this astoundingly rare occurrence, check it out below.

It’s hard to say for sure if this is the definitive way to trigger this bug. If you decide to go completely prone in your next game and take damage, then there may very well be other factors in play e.g the round you’re in, the weapons & perks you have too, etc.
