Warzone 2’s Al Mazrah is a Sniper’s heaven, with big open spaces and long lines of sight to eliminate enemies with one-shot precision. One of the best Snipers to us in Warzone 2 is the Victus XMR, so here’s our best loadout for it.

The Warzone 2 Season 1 update brought the game’s first Battle Pass, featuring new Operators and weapons.

One of the brand-new weapons available in Warzone 2 is the Victus XMR, which has come in and instantly become part of the Season 1 meta in the battle royale, thanks to its one-shot capabilities in comparison to the other Snipers.

That said, for those who want to make the most of this one-shot Sniper, here’s the best loadout for the Victus XMR, including the attachments, Perk Package, and Equipment to use.

Best Warzone 2 Victus XMR loadout attachments

  • Barrel: Mack 8 33.5 Super
  • Optic: SP-X 80 6.6x
  • Laser: VLK LZR 7MW
  • Ammunition: .50 Cal Explosive
  • Stock: XRX Rise 50

We’ve built the best Warzone 2 Victus XMR loadout with the attachments that make the Sniper capable of one-shotting enemies. So, we’ve gone with the Mack 8 33.5 Super barrel to increase damage range and bullet velocity.

We’ve also gone with the .50 Cal Explosive ammunition to further increase the damage range, making the Sniper one-shot enemies to the head from range.

For some increased mobility, we’ve chosen the VLK LZR 7MW laser and the SP-X 80 6.6x optic. Lastly, the XRX Rise 50 stock gives the Victus some much-needed aiming stability so you stay on target when trying to hit that perfect shot.

Best Warzone 2 Victus XMR loadout Perk Package & Equipment

  • Perk Package: Weapon Specialist (Overkill, Strong Arm, Spotter, and Survivor)
  • Tactical Equipment: Heartbeat Sensor
  • Lethal Equipment: Proximity Mine

For this Victus XMR loadout, we’ve decided to opt for the Weapon Specialist Perk Package. This means that you can run a Primary weapon as a secondary thanks to Overkill, which is essential for a Sniper class.

Further, Strong Arm allows you to throw Equipment farther and Spotter allows you to see enemy Equipment, Field Upgrades, and Killstreaks through walls, as well as hack various enemy Equipment. Lastly, Survivor puts players into Last Stand with the ability to self-revive once per life.

As for Equipment, we’ve gone for the Heartbeat Sensor to spot nearby enemies, and the Proximity Mine, as you’ll be taking positions of power to snipe from, so you may need some protection from enemies sneaking up on you.

How to unlock Victus XMR in Warzone 2

In order to unlock the Victus XMR, players must unlock every item in Sector A7 of the Warzone 2 Season 1 Battle Pass.

This shouldn’t take too long to do, however, if you wish to unlock the weapon as fast as possible, check out our guide to leveling up fast.

Best alternatives to the Victus XMR in Warzone 2

If you are looking for an alternative, the Signal 50 and the MCPR-300 are both great heavy Sniper choices.

If you’re looking for something more lightweight, the SP-R 208, is a more medium-ranged Sniper which is great for quickscoping.
