Your accuracy without aiming is given a hefty boost thanks to the SWAT 5mw Laser Sight body, and the Field Agent Grip is an all-around recoil reducer.

To have a chance at spraying rounds with the best Cold War Milano loadout you simply need to reach Level 13 to unlock the SMG.
