Baldur’s Gate 3 players were shocked to discover that Arabella’s parents take matters into their own hands if Kagha gets to live after killing their daughter.

Baldur’s Gate 3 players have to face some very difficult decisions during Act 1, especially some that can determine their moral alignment through their adventure through Faerun. Most know that choosing to save Emerald Grove will surely put them on the lead for a “good” run, but players were shocked to find out that there’s something that can turn everything into chaos even during the tiefling’s party.

As experienced fans already know, saving Emerald Grove from the Goblin raid in Act 1 will prompt the tieflings refugees to have a party in celebration. But that doesn’t mean that everyone is safe, especially if they fail to deal with Kagha, the evil Druid who is secretly plotting with the Shadow Druids.

A player took it to Reddit to describe that they were testing some “strange choice combinations”, and decided to let Kagha kill Arabella, a cute kid tiefling that you find that’s being threatened by the Druid and her parents ask the players to stop.

Not wanting to take the full evil route, the user said that they saved the Emerald Grove, and were celebrating with the tieflings when they noticed something that they’d never seen before: Arabella’s mother trying to violently kill Kagha at the party.

Most Baldur’s Gate 3 players were surprised, and even those who had multiple playthroughs admitted to having never seen this outcome before. However, a player admitted they knew about this aftermath, and even added an extra detail: “Another fun fact about that scenario: if you’re playing a Vengeance Paladin, stopping Komira from killing Kagha will break your oath.”

And that’s everything about one of the grimest endings for Kagha in Baldur’s Gate 3. If you want to know more about Larian Studios’ RPG, you can check how to get the Legendary trident Nyrulna, and how to get the Raven Gloves while exploring the Underdark.
