New buggy spot found in Apex Legends

A new bugged location has been found on Olympus by a few Apex Legends players, who were able to use it to become completely invulnerable to all enemy attacks.

Respawn Entertainment have brought several changes to the maps to Apex Legends ever since its launch back in 2019, and these often give players the opportunity to explore new spots to take cover in.

Now, a new bugged location has been discovered on Season 7’s Olympus. If you head over there, then you will become completely invincible in combat. Whether your enemies melee or shoot at you, it won’t make any difference.

Olympus in Apex Legends

Reddit user Mayor-of-Apex posted a clip in the Apex Legends subreddit in which they showcased the bugged area on Olympus. They were able to flag it after their ally crawled into the spot for cover.

You can find it in the center of the map, just behind a potted plant in Estates. As the clip shows, you can crawl behind the plant for cover, and your enemies will not be able deal any damage to you whatsoever.

In the clip, the opponents tried their best to eliminate the Redditor’s friend, but to no avail. After their efforts proved fruitless, they gave up and moved on while the player remained in that spot completely unharmed.

It’s clear that this bug is entirely situational, since it requires you to visit Estates, hide behind the potted plant, and hope that your opponents eventually get tired of trying to kill you. Otherwise, you could be stuck there for the whole match without getting many kills.

You will no longer be protected if you stand up, and the enemy will have a good shot of finishing you off if that happens. While the exact cause of this bug isn’t known, it’s most likely a clipping error that was left in when the map was updated.

It’s not that difficult of a bug to fix, and we’ll just have to wait to see whether or not Respawn Entertainment takes notice of it.
