Where to find ATMs for Fortnite Free Guy Quests

Fortnite Free Guy ATM

Fortnite players must find a series of ATMs scattered around the island in order to unlock a new Free Guy emote, so here’s the location for each and every one.

Fortnite is no stranger to pop culture tie-ins, from Superman to the Guardians of the Galaxy, but the latest addition to Season 7 might just be the quirkiest yet. Epic’s latest crossover sees the new Ryan Reynolds project Free Guy make its way into the game.

While Guy himself won’t be appearing as a skin (instead we’re getting a character called Dude), that’s not to say he’s not in the game at all. Players who stumble across one of 13 ATMs will be met with a recorded message from Reynolds, before being handed a Free Guy-related challenge to complete in order to unlock the Good Guy emote.

The emote is then used for one final challenge to unlock the Dude skin for free.

Fortnite ATM locations

There are ATMs at 13 different areas on the map in total, but you only need to find five to unlock the Good Guy emote. At each one, you’ll be greeted by a hologram of star Ryan Reynolds, and given an objective related to the movie. The ATM locations are below:

  • Apres Ski
  • Craggy Cliffs
  • Dirty Docks
  • Holly Hedges
  • Lazy Lake
  • Misty Meadows
  • Orchard
  • Pleasant Park
  • Retail Row
  • Risky Reels
  • Slurpy Swamp
  • Believer Beach
  • Weeping Woods

While it’s not always the case, a good rule of thumb is to check gas stations in these locations, as that seems to be where they most commonly pop up.

Once you have completed the five challenges given by Guy at the ATMs, you will unlock the Good Guy emote which lets you hilariously wish other players a great day, in the voice of Ryan Reynolds. You will then be given a sixth challenge to use the taunt near an opponent.

By completing this sixth and final challenge, you will be given the Dude skin absolutely free, ready to be equipped for the next match.

With Season 8 just around the corner, there’s no telling which familiar faces will be added to Fortnite next. But once the Invasion storyline comes to a close, we’re sure to be treated to something equally as bizarre and charming.
