Pokemon Scarlet & Violet Paldea starters

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Paldea starters include Fuecoco, Quaxly, and Sprigatito, so here are their evolution lines, moves, and stats, to make your choice easier.

While Pokemon Scarlet and Violet introduced several innovations like Tera Types, more open-world exploration than ever, and Paradox Pokemon, it also stuck to some longstanding traditions within the franchise.

One of these traditions is allowing players to start their journeys by selecting one of three starter Pokemon. The Paldea starter Pokemon in Scarlet and Violet each boast their own powerful signature moves, meaning they can be major assets throughout your entire journey from the start to becoming Champion.

Here’s an overview of each Paldea starter Pokemon in Scarlet and Violet.

All Paldea starters in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet

Paldea starters in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet include the Water-type Quaxly, Grass-type Sprigatito, and Fire-type Fuecoco. Scarlet and Violet maintained the tradition of allowing players to pick between three starter Pokemon with the types mentioned above.

Let’s take a look at when each Paldea starter evolves, the moves they learn, and their base stats, to get an idea of which one is right for you.

Moves

The moves shown at each level correspond to the evolution stage of each Pokemon. For example after Level 16, the table indicates the moves Quaxwell will learn until it evolves into Quaquaval at Level 36. The same goes for the following two Pokemon.
