Palworld has several resources for you to collect, and cloth is among the important ones in the game, especially in the first few hours of your play-through. So, here’s everything you need to know about getting cloth in Palworld.

Palworld gives you a gigantic open world to explore along with fun survival mechanics as well as creatures named Pals to fight, catch, and bond with. However, the title gives you a lot to learn as well, which could make your early game experience mildly difficult.

Farming and collecting resources is one of the first things you should do in Palworld, to build reliable equipment like outfits, weapons, and more. You’re bound to need more materials and gear as the game progresses since it gets increasingly dangerous to step out and explore areas like the Desert and Glacier regions.

One of the most crucial early game resources is cloth, so here’s how to get it in Palworld.

Palworld: How to make Cloth in Palworld

You craft Cloth in Palworld on a workbench with two pieces of Wool. The recipe to make the item can be unlocked through the Technology menu after you reach level 3.

Alternatively, you can hunt the following Pals who drop Cloth:

Palworld: How to get Wool in Palworld

You can get Wool from a variety of Pals in Palworld, but the Lamball is among the most common sources for it, as it can be found in the early sections of the game. This resource is essential as it serves as a crafting ingredient for Cloth.

Other Pals that drop Wool when killed are:

  • Kingpaca
  • Cremis
  • Swee
  • Melpaca
  • Ice Kingpaca
  • Sweepa

You can also farm Wool if you have a Ranch. To get a Ranch, you need to progress to level 5 and get it from the Technology menu. The Ranch will be more efficient than finding Lambells and getting Wool from them as drops, but remember that you need certain Wool-producing Pals at your Ranch for it to produce Wool.

Pals that assist in producing Wool at a Ranch are:

  • Lamball
  • Melpaca
