Coming this week: Holiday Surprise in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 – 2XP/2X Weapon XP/2X Merits

Treyarch is spreading some holiday cheer this week with festive surprises. In a tweet on 24 December, Treyarch outlined what is in store this week for Black Ops 4. Details are as follows:

• Festive Holiday Zombies – Blackout: Zombies in Blackout are dressed for the season! For a limited time starting Dec. 24 our Blackout Zombies are sporting festive holiday hats, with a new permanent zombie spawn point at the Farm.
• Map Pack Moshpit – Multiplayer: Jump into a match on Madagascar and Elevation in the Map Pack Moshpot playlist! Take on Hardpoint, Domination, Kill Confirmed, and TDM on our two newest MP maps for Black Ops Pass holders, all week long.
• 2XP + 2X Weapon XP + 2X Merits: The holiday gifts keep on coming! Starting at 10AM PT on Dec. 28, earn 2XP in Multiplayer and Zombies, 2X Weapon XP in Multiplayer and Zombies, and 2X Merits in Blackout through Jan. 1 at 10AM PT. Happy New Year!

The Festive Holiday Zombies are notable due to their removal from the Blackout map on 21 December. Also, fans getting Black Ops 4 for the holidays will get to celebrate their first weekend online with a slew of double XP bonuses active between 28 December to 1 January.
