Go to the Accessibility tab > Text.
Turn off the Text to Speech option.
Save the changes and return to the game.

After following these steps correctly, the narrator (Knowledge or Action) will no longer read the in-game dialogue and tips in Minecraft Legends. Interestingly, the aforementioned Accessibility settings also appear upon loading the game for the first time but you might be one of the countless players who ignored it.

If the experience gets too boring without any voice commands, you can follow the steps above again and just turn on the Text to Speech option in step 3.
