The official release of Madden 24 is just around the corner, and fans are eagerly awaiting to fully discover all the new features of EA Sports’ latest installment. In late July, the devs held the rating reveal week, unveiling the highest-rated players in Madden 24.
In early August, an EA Sports stream showcased the first official gameplay with its technological upgrades and new features. But that’s not all, as it’s now time to know all the new features of the Superstar mode.

EA SportsMadden 24 Superstar: The League mode
The Superstar mode returns in Madden 24 with a plethora of new features for its offline mode, such as a revamped NFL Combine, the implementation of a new mission system, and mini-games that will help players to improve their Superstar attributes.
NFL Combine in Madden 24 Superstar mode
Players will be able to start their Superstar journey as a rookie, entering the NFL draft as a QB, RB, WR, LB, or CB with Coach Prime, Deion Sanders as their mentor.
Also, the devs have confirmed that they brought back a modernized version of the NFL Combine where players could show their skills in mini-games.
Your performance in each NFL Combine mini-game, and then in the Combine interview will affect your draft position, as well as could increase or decrease your overall.
EA SportsNew missions system in Madden 24 Superstar
Another new addition is the Superstar missions system, in this new feature players can decide which objectives to pursue and they will be rewarded accordingly once they are completed.
Madden 24 Superstar missions include on-field stat-based missions, career milestones and records, team win/loss objectives, and even off-field opportunities like brand missions.
Improve your Superstar attributes with Madden 24 mini-games
To improve your Superstar performance on the field, players can choose to participate in the weekly Side Activities that will give them the opportunity to boost their own and their team’s ratings. These Side Activities include Community Events, training, rest and recovery, and the returning mini-games.

EA SportsMadden 24 Superstar: Showdown mode
In the new Superstar Showdown mode, players will be able to test their skills in online matches with or against their friends, or Superstars from all around the world in the new fast-paced 3v3 football mode.
This new game mode with a ‘First to 21’ scoring format makes every game shorter and more exciting for online gameplay.
Live Events in Madden 24 Superstar Showdown
In Madden 24 Superstar Showdown, there will be two ranked game modes in Live Events: Solo Ranked and Squad Ranked, which will reward prizes based on the final position on the leaderboard.
Solo Ranked game mode will matchup players in 1v1 online matches, while in Squads Ranked, you can team up with other players to achieve victory in 3v3 matches.
Madden 24 Superstar Showdown Arena
Finally, it is worth noting that the Showdown Arena puts your Superstar in the spotlight with hi-tech features like emissive gear, glowing field-art, and a reactive jumbotron end-zone. This will give players a unique experience never before achieved in the Madden franchise.
