You’ll find the Barbarian Armor inside the Crenel Hills Cave in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, east of Hyrule Castle.

Once you reach the location, you’ll need to defeat the Stone Golem to make your way to the north side of the cave. Use a bomb on the luminous stone and then throw either a bomb or use a bomb arrow to blow up the rock. That will open a doorway for you to walk into a room with a chest. Inside that chest, you’ll find the Barbarian Armor.
