Follow these steps to scan an amiibo and unlock rewards in Tears of the Kingdom:
- Purchase an amiibo that is compatible with Tears of the Kingdom.
- Start Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
- Touch the amiibo on the NFC touchpoint.
- Joy-Con controllers: Right Stick.
- Pro Controller: over the Nintendo Switch logo at the top.
