Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is one of the most-talked-about games of 2024, with issues during early access only adding to the debate. Players have finally got their hands on their game and are tackling the main story, which is set in Rocksteady’s Arkhamverse.

There are four different members of Task Force X to choose between, with more coming down the line, and although most will have a favorite, there are occasions when you might want to switch to a different villain.

So, here’s how to change characters in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League players can switch characters by hitting left on the D-pad on consoles, or C on PC. This will bring up a wheel featuring all four villains, allowing you to change to anyone at the push of the button.

Check out the input for each one below:

• Left: Deadshot
• Right: Captain Boomerang
• Up: Harley Quinn
• Down: King Shark

If you’re playing with one or two friends in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, you will be asked to divi up the four villains before starting a session. Once this has been done, you will only be able to change between the characters you have been assigned.

Meanwhile, if you’re exploring Metropolis with a full squad, you will be unable to swap between villains until you back out and start a new session.

It’s also worth noting that swapping is disabled during certain sections and if that character is busy with another task. So, make sure the time is right before attempting the switch.
