1. Visit HoYoverse’s official Genshin Impact website.
2. Click on the login option at the top-right corner of the screen. Enter the correct credentials and pass the captcha test.
3. Once you’re logged in, click again on your e-mail ID at the top-right corner of the screen. Choose Account.
4. You will be redirected to another HoYoverse page. If required, log in again.
5. Go to Account Security Settings and scroll down to Requesting Account Deletion. Enter your login details and verify the e-mail ID through a code. Follow the on-screen instructions correctly.
6. Your account will be permanently terminated once the procedure is complete.

If you’re deleting your Genshin Impact account for rerolling but want to keep the same e-mail ID, try unlinking your e-mail ID through the aforementioned Account Security Settings. This method is much more hassle-free.

Alternative method of deleting a Genshin Impadct account

Another way to delete your Genshin Impact account is to contact the developers via e-mail and request account deletion. However, considering that the game now has an outrageously large player base, checking individual e-mails and approving requests is certainly not the most feasible technique.
