Super Troops have been a fantastic addition to the combat mechanics of Clash of Clans. If you’re yet to use them, check out this guide on Super Troops in Clash of Clans which lists all of them, tells you how to get them, and their best uses.

Clash of Clans released Barbarians, Archers, and Wizards at launch, but over the years the game has introduced a ton of new troops and spells that players can use to win wars and other PvE battles.

Clash of Clans now lets players upgrade their standard troops like Barbarians, Witches, Archers, Minions, and Valkyrie, among others into Super Troops. The latter are basically upgraded versions of the standard troops and help you make a ton of unique strategies based on their new abilities.

Here’s everything to know about Super Troops in Clash of Clans.

What are Super Troops in Clash of Clans?

Super Troops in Clash of Clans are more powerful versions of the existing troops that you can create with Dark Elixir or Super Potion.

Super Troops are definitely powerful but their buffs are accompanied by increased housing space as well as more training time. The upgrades are also temporary as Super Troops only last seven days and then return to their normal version.

You can have a maximum of two Super Troops in your army at the same time. Moreover, once a Super Troop cools down to its normal stage, you can use it again only after a week.

You can create your own Super Troops only after reaching Town Hall 11 but Clan donations can help you get them even before that.
