Where to deploy Scanners in the Alien Biome for Fortnite Week 12 Challenge
There are brand-new challenges for you to tackle in Week 12 of Fortnite Season 7, and here’s how you can complete the one that has you deploy Scanners in the Alien Biome.
With Fortnite Season 7 set to end soon, you’ll want to hurry if you want to progress through the Battle Pass and unlock neat new cosmetic skins like Superman and Wonder Woman.
Week 12 has new Legendary Quests that you can complete to earn Battle Stars, and one of them requires you to deploy Scanners in the Alien Biome. This guide will make the task a bit easier to complete.
Where to find Alien Biomes in Fortnite
The Alien invasion has added a purple substance to different spots on the Fortnite map. These locations are Alien Biomes, and you’ll need to visit two of them for this Quest.
Scanners will appear at a total of six locations on the Island:
- Southwest of Boney Burbs
- Northeast of Boney Burbs
- North of Corny Complex
- South of Corny Complex
- Northwest of Dirty Docks
- East of Pleasant Park
The good news is that these locations are in close proximity to each other, so you can easily rotate from one to another. Just get to two of them, and look for the blue holographic Scanners.
These Biomes are fairly small, so you shouldn’t face too much trouble finding the Scanners. Interact with two of them, and the Quest will be completed, netting you a total of 30,000 XP for yourself.
