How to check your money spent on Fortnite

Fortnite skins and V-Bucks

You can play Fortnite for free, but the frequently released Item Shop skins and the Battle Pass cost a decent amount of V-Bucks. The battle royale title has been out for many years, and here’s how to check the money you’ve spent on skins and other cosmetics in Fortnite as of Chapter 5 Season 1.

Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1 is well underway and there has been a ton of new content worth exploring, ranging from LEGO Fortnite to the new Battle Pass skins. As usual, Epic Games has released new crossover characters to the mix, and you can now roam around the island as a buffed-up version of Peter Griffin.

Because Fortnite is completely free-to-play and earning V-Bucks through the free Battle Pass isn’t a tedious grind, players don’t refrain from spending some money in the Item Shop. Thousands of skins have been released, and the diversity is incomparable to any other title.

If you’ve been buying skins for some time, here’s how to check how much money you’ve spent on Fortnite.

How much money have you spent on Fortnite?

Follow these steps to know the worth of your Fortnite locker:

  1. Visit Fortnite.GG.
  2. Click on the arrow beside the site’s logo to bring up the drop-down menu.
  3. Select My Locker.
  4. Sign in with your Fortnite.GG account (not Epic Games account).
  5. Add the items you’ve purchased in Fortnite to your Wishlist.
  6. Use the drop-down menu again to access your Locker and it will display the combined value of your skins in terms of V-Bucks.

Previously, you could sign in with your Epic Games account and the website would automatically detect the value of your locker. However, the feature is no longer available which is why you must add the skins manually.

While this method won’t reveal the exact amount of real-life money you’ve spent on Fortnite, it will give you the most accurate number possible. While adding items, make sure that you’re not adding cosmetics that you received for free through promotional events, gifts, or Save the World.

Interestingly, some skins in Fortnite are so rare that their value in V-Bucks won’t do justice to their actual popularity among players. To take a look at such cosmetics, check out this list of the rarest skins in Fortnite.

How to check money spent in Fortnite through Epic Games

Follow these steps to check your money spent in Fortnite through Epic Games:

  1. Visit the official Epic Games website or open the launcher.
  2. Log in to your account (the one you play Fortnite with).
  3. Tap on your name at the top-right corner.
  4. Select Account > Transactions.
  5. A list of all your transactions made via Epic Games will appear.

There are a few downsides to using this method although it’s as official as it gets. For starters, you can’t narrow down the list of transactions to just Fortnite, so every other game purchase and transaction will appear and you’ll have to manually make a list of all the desired transactions and add them all together.
