Fortnite Chapter 5 brought with it the Fortnite Festival mode, and players are ready for Season 2. Here’s everything you need to know about it, including Lady Gaga Festival Pass rewards, upcoming events, and more.
Fortnite expanded on the fun with Chapter 5 Season 1, bringing new experiences for players to enjoy. One of those new features is none other than Fortnite Festival, and after a season headlined by The Weeknd, players are ready to get the next Festival Pass.

Fortnite Festival Season 2 release date
Fortnite Festival Season 2 will launch worldwide on February 22, 2024, according to Lady Gaga. While Epic Games haven’t yet confirmed this through official channels, the artist shared an official image with the date on X.
Players can join the musical experience by selecting the game mode using the “By Epic Games” tab.
Fortnite Festival explained
Fortnite Festival works similarly to music titles like Guitar Hero or Rock Band, where players will play solo or in a band with different roles. Rock Band developer Harmonix helped create this game mode in Fortnite.
Major artists are the main attraction of Fortnite Festival, and players can jam alongside their most popular songs. Each featured artist gets their own Festival Pass, giving players the chance to unlock special rewards with Festival Points, obtained by completing Festival quests. These rewards include different Instruments, Jam Tracks, emotes, and Auras, a Festival-exclusive cosmetic.
While players can already pick an instrument to play in a band, Fortnite Festival will also add leaderboards for players to compete with friends and other players.
Lady Gaga Fortnite Festival Pass
The second artist to headline the Fortnite Festival Pass will be Lady Gaga. It’s expected Epic Games will release the official trailer for the new Festival Pass before it arrives on February 22, 2024.
The trailer will give players a closer look at the new cosmetics and Instruments in the new Festival Pass.
