Dr Disrespect is returning to Fortnite OG with Tfue, another extremely popular streamer who made their name playing the original Fortnite chapter, but has been absent for some time.

Fortnite OG is pulling all the community’s heartstrings, bringing back memories as players hop into the OG map with classic POIs such as Tilted Towers, Retail Row, and Pleasant Park.

While the increased player count may leave you waiting in a queue to get on, once you are, you’ll be able to level up the OG Battle Pass with some OG skins and even experience the original Fortnite map without the intense build-offs thanks to the Zero Build mode.

As players get their hit of nostalgia, streamers are doing the same, as the original chapter of Fortnite was the game that really propelled streamers like Ninja, Dr Disrespect, and Tfue, who was once the BR’s most popular player.

Now, Fortnite OG seems to be bringing all these popular streamers back to the game, as Dr Disrespect announced that he will be playing Season OG on November 6, along with Tfue.

Despite being arguably the most popular player, Epic Games suspended Tfue’s account due to accusations of selling Fortnite accounts back in June 2018. Tfue made a return after the suspension in Fortnite Chapter 3, but in June 2023, he announced his retirement from streaming to focus on his personal life.

However, Dr Disrespect‘s announcement hints that Tfue will be making a return, although it’s unclear whether or not he will stick around and stream the game like he used to.

This has shocked many in the community, with some even calling it “bait” in the comments of Dr Disrespect’s X post. Others expressed excitement at the prospect of Dr Disrespect and Tfue playing Fortnite OG in 2023, as they commented, “LETS GOO!!! A duo like NO OTHER!!,” and, “doc and tfue? we are truly back.”

Only time will tell whether or not the Doc was being truthful about the collab, but for now, check out how to get the new Victory Umbrella in Fortnite OG.
