EA FC 24: How to get Diogo Jota FC Pro Live & upgrade objectives explained

While completing the objectives to get the Diogo Jota FC Pro Live item in EA FC 24 is quite simple, the upgrade objectives are not so straightforward. Here’s both how to get Diogo Jota’s FC Pro Live card in EA FC 24 Ultimate Team and what the devs revealed about a potential upgrade.

EA Sports continue to introduce new promos in EA FC 24, and FC Pro Live is one of the most unique concepts to date. The FC Pro Live promo pairs football stars with pro EA FC 24 players as they compete to earn upgrades for their associated cards.

While an initial squad of FC Pro Live player items arrived on November 17, EA also offered players the opportunity to snap up upgradeable cards through objectives and SBCs. Liverpool’s Diogo Jota is one of the FC Pro Live players available by completing objectives, so here are the requirements you need to know.

How to complete Diogo Jota FC Pro Live objectives in EA FC 24

EA FC 24 players can get FC Pro Live Diogo Jota by completing a total of four objectives in EA FC 24.

• Score 10: Score 10 goals in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals/Champions)
• Goal Scorer: Score at least 2 goals in 3 separate Squad Battles matches on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals/Champions)
• Portuguese Flair: Assist 5 goals in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals/Champions) with a Portuguese player
• Win 8: Win 8 matches in Squad Battles on Min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals/Champions) while having min. 3 Premier League players in your starting 11.

You’ll have until February 3, 2024, to complete the FC Pro Live Diogo Jota objectives.

EA FC 24: How to upgrade Diogo Jota FC Pro Live

EA Sports released the Diogo Jota FC Pro Live player item in EA FC 24 without the designation of a pro player. This means that the Diogo Jota FC Pro Live item, will not follow the same upgrade requirements as the other player items in the promo.

We are aware that the FC PRO Open Diogo Jota Objective Group does not currently feature a way to upgrade 86 OVR Diogo Jota. We are investigating the issue and will provide an alternate upgrade path in the near future.

The devs communicated the error shortly after the FC Pro Live promo arrived on November 17. According to them, “The Player Item will have the potential to grow to 87 OVR by completing a future Objective.”
