The next set of content releases for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 begins on Tuesday, December 11 at 10AM PT on PlayStation 4.

The new content drop is called Operation Absolute Zero, and according to the description in a new message of the day in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, it brings a new Specialist, new Blackout map updates, and… new weapons. This will be the first weapon drop for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 since launch, and there’s no information yet on how weapons will be unlockable in the game — whether its part of the content stream or not.

Treyarch states that Operation First Strike content stream is ending in four days, so this is the last chance to reach the max tier in First Strike content stream. First Strike had 200 tiers for players to progress through with all cosmetic only content in the streams.

Activision thus far has been teasing some of the new content coming on December 11 in blurry videos on social channels. There has been teasers for the new Specialist and the new Blackout map update. As with other content, all new playable content for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is available first on PlayStation 4, so this content drop will become available December 18 on Xbox One and PC.
