Warzone’s Death and Taxes LTM is a new mode that has replaced the standard battle royale in Pacific Season 2 Reloaded. Here’s how the LTM works.

While the Warzone community continues to enjoy the renewed Rebirth Island map in Pacific Season 2 Reloaded, Raven Software are attempting to keep things fresh by updating the playlist ahead of Season 3.

As well as Rebirth Iron Trials, players will also be able to get on and enjoy the Death and Taxes LTM, which plays a fun twist on the way the Gulag and money system work.

What is Warzone Death and Taxes?

Death and Taxes is a limited-time mode in Warzone that has taken over the battle royale mode as of April 18 in Pacific Season 2 Reloaded. The mode will stay live for 24 hours, ending on April 19.

The mode will be on Caldera and can be played in Quads, Trios, Duos, and Solos. The mode puts a fun spin on the standard BR which doesn’t change the formula too much so that players who enjoy the usual BR rules can still have fun.

How does the Death and Taxes LTM work?

Warzone players fighting in Gulag

Death and Taxes puts a simple twist on the standard battle royale mode in Warzone. Essentially, there are two major changes:

  1. Unlimited Gulags prior to the lockdown as long as you continue to win them.
  2. Reduced death tax.

Usually, in Warzone, you get one Gulag, and if you lose it that’s it. You will have to be bought back into the game through a Buy Station if this happens in the standard BR but in Death and Taxes, players get to keep going back so long as they keep winning.

Even if you are bought back after losing a Gulag, you can still go back to the Gulag if you happen to die again.

Further, you also lose a substantial amount of money when you die in the standard Warzone BR mode. However, in Death and Taxes, there’s no money tax on death, meaning when you come back from the Gulag, you’ll still have money to do whatever you need to do.

Well, there you have it, that’s how the Warzone Death and Taxes mode works. For more on Raven Software‘s BR, check out the forgotten Warzone sniper that’s set to make a comeback in Season 3.
