FaZe’s Kris “Swagg” Lamberson has changed up his CX-9 loadout in Warzone Season 4, and the new 9mm Hollow Point 12-R Mags attachment is “cooking” enemies in Call of Duty.

The new CX-9 SMG has become quite a popular weapon since it arrived in Warzone. Aside from it being new and exciting, it’s also quite a solid SMG to use in Season 4 – joining the other best SMGs to use in Warzone.

So to try and make it even more devastating than it already is, FaZe’s Swagg has come up with another spin on the CX-9. He’s added the 9mm Hollow Point 12-R Mags to his SMG, and the results have been incredible for him.

Swagg kicks off his newest video by saying: “A lot of you guys don’t know but the CX-9 actually comes with Hollow Point 12 Round Mags, it turns the gun into three-round bursts and it ups the damage a lot.

“The damage, the speed, and all that stuff too, it makes this gun hard-hitting. I was playing some duos today, and I was cooking every single person I saw, it was ridiculous.”

He then goes into the gameplay and drops a healthy 22-kill game, with many of them coming at the hands of the CX-9 and its Hollow Point rounds.

FaZe Swagg’s CX-9 Hollow Points Mag loadout & attachments

  • Barrel: CX-38S
  • Optic: G.I Mini Reflex
  • Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip
  • Ammunition: 9mm Hollow Point 12-R
  • Perk: Sleight of Hand

One of the biggest selling points of the CX-9 is that already comes with a suppressor – if you equip the CX-38S barrel. This is a bonus as it frees up a slot that players otherwise normally use up to silence the weapon.

This allows Swagg to be able to use the Hollow Point rounds, and also Sleight of Hand as a Perk. It’s quite a clever addition as even though the bullets are way more powerful than standard ammo, there’s a very limited amount of them.

Sleight of Hand speeds this process up immensely and allows you to keep churning out Hollow Points at a good rate.
