Baldur’s Gate 3 fans love to experiment with different builds to go against the game’s hardest bosses. However, users claim that this class has been long overlooked by many RPGs. Here’s what they’ve been talking about.

Baldur’s Gate 3 has plenty of classes, gears, and other items that players can mix and match to find their favorite builds. Most of these options are based on D&D’s 5th edition system, which leads some users to quickly discard some combinations in favor of those that they consider the strongest.

However, Larian Studios’ RPG has proven once again that getting the right build can overcome almost everything in Faerun. In a Reddit post called “I didn’t get the Fighter type hype until…,” players shared that not only this class is almost “broken,” but letting Lae’zel improve her skills as a Fighter can make her unstoppable.

“In my first playthrough in BG3, I didn’t use a fighter. But I always hear about how great they are, so I decided to allow Lae’zel to remain a Fighter. I wasn’t impressed until a certain minibosses fight in Act 2 where she disarmed, tripped, action surged, attacked two more times, and pommel strike killing the guy in her first turn,” described a player.

Other fans quickly gathered in the post to explain that there are some Lae’zel builds that quickly destroy any Act 3 enemy, and recommended the OP to try out the Potion of Cloud Giant Strength, Potion of Speed, and Bloodlust potion to make her the ultimate Fighter.

Not only that, some Baldur’s Gate 3 players also advised to multiclass the Githyanki warrior, and to let her level her up to a War Cleric to add some great healing abilities to her skills.

“Lae’zel can do like 130 dmg in a single turn in Act 3 if you’ve got her equipped correctly. Couple that with riposte and sentinel, and you can just toss her out into the middle of chaos, and she will absolutely melt enemies. She’s like a barbed tank,” described a fan.

And that’s not only what Fighter Lae’zel can do. According to player ‘ItsSadTimes,’ getting her the Legendary Gith Silver Sword will get her+1d6 psychic damage and advantage in Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma Saving Throws, besides resistance to psychic damages.

“So, with that sword and doing all 9 attacks using all 5 maneuvers, you can deal 5d10 + 18d6 slashing + 9d6 psychic + 72 (if you use an elixir of cloud giant strength). That’s a min of 104 damage and a max of 284 damage in 1 round. You can do 2/3 of that every round after, too,” described the user, adding that using the Giantslayer sword will also get her to deal a minimum of 167 and a max of 302.

And that’s how players have proven that Lae’zel is absolutely unstoppable in Act 3 of Baldur’s Gate 3. If you want to know more about Larian Studios’ RPG, you can check which forgotten trick is great for wrecking an Act 2 boss, and which secret cave players found after a 400 playthrough.
