Apex Legends players are questioning why Respawn hasn’t added a popular party feature that is seen in both Fortnite and Warzone.

Apex Legends is set to get a bunch of new content in Season 14, which is introducing a brand-new Legend, attachment, and even a Level Cap increase.

Players are hoping the new season will also bring requested features and changes in the patch notes, such as buffs and nerfs for Legends and weapons.

The devs have already revealed that the highly requested removal of Self-Revive will be happening for Season 14, but it seems the community is now calling for a quality of life feature that is seen in both Fortnite and Warzone.

Reddit user okeybudbud highlighted the “Stay with team” party feature in Fortnite on the Apex Legends subreddit, asking why Respawn’s battle royale doesn’t have this option.

The option also appears in Warzone, and it allows you to queue into another game with the same players you just enjoyed a match with. This is great for players who are looking for teammates, especially when you manage to get a win.

Players have pointed out that there is a similar option on the left of the lobby screen to invite players you have previously played with in Apex: “I mean, you can invite people you previously played with to your lobby. That’s only if they have the option enabled on their account.”

However, it means you have to go back to the lobby and if they have the option disabled, you won’t be able to invite them. The feature seen in Fortnite and Warzone is more efficient as it queues you and your team straight into another game without having to leave.

With that being said, it seems players would love to have this party feature in Apex Legends, especially if it was done similarly to Fortnite and Warzone: “Warzone added it a little while back and it’s been great.”
