The Crew Motorfest arrives in September 2023 and the devs are giving players a chance to sit in the driver’s seat early with a closed beta session. Here’s how to play The Crew Motorfest’s closed beta including the dates, registration, and more.

2023 is crammed with racers, with Forza Motorsport scheduled for October and games like F1 23 already concluding their lap. While the return of Test Drive Unlimited after being dormant for close to a decade was shifted for another year, we can still feel some of its old magic in The Crew Motorfest.

After all, The Crew Motorfest shares several talents with Eden Games, the people behind the original Test Drive Unlimted games. Both games also share the same setting — the Hawaii Islands.

That would make you want to rev your engine at the earliest in The Crew Motorfest, so here is everything you need to know about the next beta.

When is The Crew Motorfest Beta?

The closed beta for The Crew Motorfest starts on July 21, 2023, and will end on July 23, 2023.

The Crew Motorfest will have 15 unique playlists at launch that will explore the car culture.

While The Crew Motorfest will release on all platforms, this beta will only be available for current-gen platforms: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

That’s all you need to know about The Crew Motorfest Closed beta, in terms of registration. But here are some additional information regarding the same that you might find helpful.

What content is available in The Crew Motorfest beta?

You’ll be able to explore the island freely once you’re past the beta prologue. There will be five “playlists” that you can play, and they are essentially the game’s version of campaign missions.

Of course, there will be some side missions scattered around as well. Unfortunately, the progression you make here will not be carried over to release, like all betas. But you can freely record, share your clips, or stream the game.

In case you don’t want to miss out on other racing games, here are some guides you can look into.
