Pokemon TCG community shocked by player’s “God Pack” pull
OLM DIGITAL, INC / THE POKEMON COMPANYA Pokemon TCG player managed an extremely rare pull and showcased the results with the community, leading many fans to believe he won the “Pokemon lottery.”
Pokemon TCG has a great deal of rare cards you can pull from booster packs, and players are often showcasing their results with the Pokemon community. But this player managed to get one of the legendary “God Packs” and trainers are shocked by their luck.
A God Pack contains three extremely rare cards, and often, an entire evolution line of Holo Foil special secret cards. Booster packs that contain these cards are extremely scarce, and managing to find one is similar to winning the lottery, that’s how rare they are.
This happened to Reddit user ‘TheSniperLepore’ who was opening a Pokemon TCG 151 Booster Pack when was excited after pulling all three Hyper Rare Secret Cards from a single pack.
The OP proudly showcased their pull which consists of the whole Holo Foil Squirtle Line, including the overpowered Blastoise ex, and though they stated there’s no further proof of the pull but the result, they are extremely happy and “still shaking with excitement.”
But TheSniperLepore’s luck doesn’t end there, as they explained: “I was in complete disbelief. Might have opened 100 packs of 151 total! What a treat. Also pulled a Charizard ex SIR!! All in 3 packs only. Unbelievable pulls!”
According to Pokemon TCG experts, the Charizard ex SIR card by itself is already a rare pull, but combined with the God Pack, could mean that this player has used up a lifetime of luck.
