To add more Pals to your base, you need to interact with the Pal box.

To add more Pals to your base in Palworld simply follow these steps:

Approach your Pal Box and open the Manage Pal menu.
Drag Pals from the list on the left side (or Pal box) to the small list on the bottom right.
Your Pal will spawn next to the Pal Box and automatically start the nearest activity.

How to increase the Pal at your base limit

To increase the Pal at your base limit in Palworld, you need to complete a series of quests, which are requirements to increase not only how many pals you can have working at base, but also, how many bases you can have operating at the same time.
