The EA FC 24 Team of the Year is just around the corner, and Ultimate Team players will soon get to know it. In the meantime, they can accumulate some TOTY Warmup Series packs to increase their chances of packing a TOTY player in EA FC 24 Ultimate Team.

It’s arguably the most exciting time of the year for fans of EA FC 24’s Ultimate Team, as they get set to welcome the highly anticipated Team of the Year promo. However, before the Team of the Year squads make their debut in EA FC 24, players will have a chance to load up on packs and rewards thanks to the TOTY Warmup Series.

The Team of the Year Warmup Series only lasts a few days, but it’s the perfect opportunity to prepare for the Honourable Mentions squad, men’s, women’s, and Icon TOTY squads.

Packing any of the sought-after items from TOTY is sure to improve your EA FC 24 Ultimate Team, so here’s what you need to know about the Warmup Series.

EA FC 24 TOTY Warmup Series dates

EA FC 24’s TOTY Warmup Series arrived on January 16 and it will last until Friday, January 19, 2024. The four-day mini-event is meant to get players ready for the start of the Team of the Year promo, by saving up on packs and rewards.

EA FC 24 TOTY kicks off on January 19, 2024.

While the opening content for the TOTY on January 19 has yet to be confirmed, players are expecting either attackers or defenders to make their way into packs for the men’s and women’s TOTY squads.

EA FC 24 TOTY Warmup Series SBCs & rewards

EA Sports will continue to release new SBCs, Objectives, and content leading up to the launch of TOTY in EA FC 24. To make sure you sweep up all of the rewards up for grabs, check them out below.

Once a day, players can complete the Daily Login Upgrade to claim an 81+ X2 Rare Gold Players Pack. In addition, for each day that EA FC 24 players complete the SBC, they’ll work towards the Objective rewards listed below:

TOTY Daily Play & Daily Play Completionist rewards

EA Sports also introduced Daily Play Objectives that coincide with the Daily Play Completionist rewards.

Play one match in any Ultimate Team game mode: x1 1 of 3 75+ Rare Gold Players
Play two matches in any Ultimate Team game mode: x1 Premium Gold Players Pack
Play three matches in any Ultimate Team game mode: x1 1 of 3 75+ Rare Gold Players

Essentially, completing the Daily Play rewards allows you to earn in-game content in that section for that given day, but you’ll also work towards unlocking the completionist Objectives in the second list below.

EA Sports The Team of the Year promo is set to include some of the best items in the game.

83+ x5 Upgrade SBCs

To increase your chances of packing a TOTY player when the squads hit EA FC 24 Ultimate Team, the devs have released 83+ x5 Upgrade SBCs.

The 83+ x5 Attackers Upgrade is still up for grabs and here are the requirements:

Minimum OVR of 87: Min 1
Squad Rating: Min 84

Also, EA Sports devs added the 83+ x5 Midfielders Upgrade, and here are its requirements:

Squad Rating: Min. 84
Players in the Squad: 11

Finally, check out the SBC requirements for the new 83+ x5 Defenders Upgrade:

Minimum OVR of 86: Min. 1
Squad Rating: Min 84
Players in the Squad: 11

It’s worth noting that each of these SBCs can be completed up to three times each, in this way, you will obtain more packs to open when the Team of the Year squads arrive.

Of course, players have even more content to discover including Thierry Henry, Zico, and Cafu Icon SBCs, 87+ Radioactive, Ultimate Dynasties or TOTGS Player Pick, and an Icon upgrade Evolution.
