After a rather horrific start to Season 3, Diablo 4 devs have won players over with the new Season 4, as the update is gaining praise from all corners of the community.

Diablo 4 Season 4: Loot Reborn has been one of the most anticipated D4 updates in recent history as many players and content creators praised it during the PTR. However, it surpassed all expectations as players are absolutely loving the ongoing Season after its launch on May 14, 2024.

Even in the online community, players were all in favor of Diablo 4 Season 4. Reddit user ‘bluephantasm1’ claimed “Diablo 4 is much better now,” as they posted about how the devs did a “good job cleaning the game up over the months.”

The OP went on to say that the game was “hardly recognizable” as Bizzard made a massive amount of changes and fixed a bunch of other mechanics in Diablo 4. Some of the biggest changes have been the increase in enemy density and improvements in inventory management.

“It’s only day 1, but this new season is by far the most fun for me so far,” added a player as they already reached Level 70 just a few hours after Season 4 launched. With leveling and XP gain being made much easier thanks to new Helltides and enemies, players are enjoying the fast-paced action of the game.

Speaking about Diablo 4 S4’s Helltides, a major revamp to this game mode made players love how fast they are gaining XP with all the new events. “I feel like helltides are so good I can’t do anything thing else at a low level,” said a player.

“Turns out putting aspects into a Codex of Power made the game 100% better,” added another player as they focused on the importance of effective inventory management. Previously stashes used to be full of useless Aspects, but now it’s extremely well managed with the new Codex system in Diablo 4.

However, a few players were still a bit cautious with the praises as they claimed that “it’s the honeymoon period,” and the usual complaints would start popping up after a week or two.

Although many players are having the time of their lives in Diablo 4 Season 4, it remains to be seen how the devs manage to keep up with the new expectations and standards set by Season of Loot Reborn.
