How to get an Armored Truck in Warzone: How to find satellites, upgrade costs, more
Warzone Season 4 has added the Armored Truck to the regular battle royale. Fitted with a turret, it can be upgraded with extra armor, a permanent UAV, and even repaired. Here’s how to find and upgrade this incredibly powerful vehicle.
Warzone fans will remember the Armored Royale LTM in which players battled it out with insanely powerful Amored Trucks fitted with machine guns. Following the Season 4 update, which has brought significant weapon balance changes and the new Dirt Bikes, these Armored Trucks have made their way to regular battle royale.
The standard “Big Bertha” Cargo Trucks still remain and Armored Trucks are something separate entirely. Here’s how to find and upgrade these game-changing vehicles.
How to find satellites in Warzone
While “Big Bertha” trucks spawn at the beginning of the round, you need to find a mini-satellite to get your hands on the powerful Armored Truck.

Although large satellites have crash-landed in certain areas of Verdansk ’84 for the Ground Fall event, mini-satellites crash-land around the map over the course of a game. You’ll hear them first, so look up into the sky and you’ll see them drop in. These appear to drop completely at random, so keep your eyes on the sky for when they drop in.
Once you find one, you’ll have to capture it like a Recon Contract, which initiates the stage of getting an Armored Truck.

Once you’ve captured the satellite, a Satellite Cache will drop in some distance away. It’ll be marked on your screen so you can head towards it. After you open it, you’ll get either a HARP or an Armored Truck.
