Game-breaking pay-to-win Warzone glitch lets you keep weapons & Perks after death
There is reportedly a game-breaking pay-to-win Warzone glitch where you can keep your loadout weapons and Perks after you redeploy.
Now, a new pay-to-win glitch appears to allow players who have died to redeploy with their weapons and Perks, giving them a distinct advantage over their opponents.
Call of Duty leaker TheGhostOfHope appears to be the first person to discover the glitch, claiming that if you put the Flaming Throwing Knife, EHV Throwing Knife, or Phlebotomist Throwing Knife in your loadout, “you get to come back with your guns and perks after dying.”
They later gave an update, saying that you only come back with your Primary weapon, so make sure that the gun you want to hold onto is in the first slot.
This has been branded pay-to-win by players in the comments, as these pieces of Lethal Equipment can only be purchased through the Store. However, TheGhostOfHope said they could use them even though they haven’t bought them.
Usually, the punishment for dying is that you need to find weapons and cash again to regain, but now you’re good to go the second you come back. Since this glitch has now been found, we expect it to become much more widespread over the coming days.
This is only one of a number of glitches that Raven Software will be quick to fix once they’re back from their holiday break. Currently, the Double Barrel Shotgun gives players extremely easy kills, and stacking XP Tokens on Rebirth Island allows weapons to be leveled up in only “30 minutes.”
