The Modern Warfare 2 beta rewards have officially been revealed, and they have left players speculating about the two weapons shown in the promotional image.

The Modern Warfare 2 beta is just around the corner, and while players are excited to get a taste of the gameplay coming first to PlayStation, Infinity Ward have revealed the official beta rewards that will be up for grabs.

Of course, the cosmetics and Operator skin are enticing to players, it’s the weapon blueprints that are receiving the most attention, as players speculate what the guns actually are.

These weapons have been revealed as part of the MW2 beta rewards, and it’s safe to say they will be included in both Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2. This has left players intrigued to know the names of the guns to get an idea of what they will perform like in-game.

Reddit user WZHUB put a post of these new weapons in the MW2 subreddit, asking the community for an idea of what they could both be, “new guns from MW2 and Warzone 2. Any ideas what is it?”

It’s hard to know what these weapons will be as we just see a 2D image of them. However, some in the comments have been speculating, and they could be right.

One user in the comments suggests that the two weapons are the “Scar l and a carabine kit for a glock.” Another user points out that the smaller weapon’s blueprint is called “side impact,” which backs up the idea of the weapon being a sidearm.

Another user says that it could be an “Acr remake,” which is an absolute classic Modern Warfare weapon that was extremely popular in the original Modern Warfare 2.

Players clearly think the bigger weapon is an Assault Rifle, and it definitely shares similarities with the original ACR. Regardless, we’ll have to wait until at least the beta to find out what these weapons are called.
