After completing a match, players are able to earn progress to a Battle Pass Token in order to unlock rewards, but a strange glitch is causing these to go missing. Luckily, there’s a way to get around this issue.
How to fix missing Battle Pass Tokens glitch in Modern Warfare 2
In order to fix the Modern Warfare 2 missing Battle Pass Tokens glitch, all you need to do is restart the game and jump back into multiplayer. As soon as you’re back in the game, you’ll be able to collect the Battle Pass tokens.
The November 22 update listed a fix for an issue preventing the correct number of Battle Pass Tokens from appearing on the Battle Pass Menu. However, Modern Warfare 2 players have reported that they didn’t receive their missing Tokens after the update went live.
In this thread, numerous users stated that restarting the game fixed the issue for them. While this worked for most people that tried it, one commenter pointed out that the problem persisted on their end even after restarting.
At the time of writing, this is the only known fix for the missing Battle Pass Tokens glitch. This glitch can be extremely frustrating as it keeps players from receiving the rewards that they worked hard to earn in the game.
That said, the developers are known to respond to major issues, so we may see this patched up soon. A fix isn’t listed on the Modern Warfare 2 Trello board yet, but we’ll be sure to update you when it is.
