Baldur’s Gate 3 fans can’t get enough of every Jaheira interaction, a companion introduced at the end of Act 2. Here’s why the community loves her and her “sassy” comments so much.

Every seasoned Baldur’s Gate fan was truly excited when they discovered that Larian Studios included Jaheria in the franchise’s latest installment. After the success of Baldur’s Gate 3, new players discovered her pragmatic views and were surprised by their “sassy” responses after being recruited in Act 3.

Jaheria can be first found during Act 2 in Baldur’s Gate 3, where she’s guarding Last Light Inn as the leader of The Harpers. There, she’ll give players the quest to stop Ketheric Thorm and put to an end everything that’s happening in Moonrise Towers.

While she’s very cautious of the players at first, she quickly warms up to the main character and engages in unforgettable and funny dialogues. In a Reddit post called “Jaheira just won me over,” Baldur’s Gate 3 fans got together and described why the Druid is one of the best companions to travel through Faerun.

“We just killed the Bhaal cultists sent by the Jaheira doppleganger. She was talking about how tired she is of everything, cultists wearing her face and her friends being tricked and sh*t. I said: ‘Of course you’re tired, you’re ancient.’ She approved and her next two lines of dialogue were just laughter followed by “bastard”. Never taking her out of my party again,” told Redditor ‘LunchThreatener.’

Baldur’s Gate 3 players shared their favorite Jaheria’s dialogue, where her sense of humor shines through even during the toughest scenes. “Jaheira has been through so much sh*t in the previous two games, including some seriously tragic stuff…she knows you need to lighten up sometimes and find strength in your group,” described user ‘Stranger1982.’

The Druid is also a helpful source of information during Act 3, where she gives players advice on how to face the Bhaalist Cult and usually slides some much-appreciated references to Baldur’s Gate’s first editions.

Most fans also said to love conversations with Jaheira since the dialogue options usually contain some snarky remarks from the main character that gets her into the banter. “The options to sass Jaheira are always worth it, she has the best sense of humor,” commented user ‘Tierce.’
