Apex Legends Season 21 leaks & expected content

Apex Legends Alter Legend & abilities leaked

The Apex Legends devs did accidentally reveal an image of the next Legend, which leakers have revealed as the new Season 21 character, “Alter.” This new Legend has been teased in-game and on the official PlayApex X account, spraying graffiti all over the page and even on the Urban Assault Collection Event trailer.

Apex Legends dataminers claim Alter is a Skirmisher with the following leaked abilities:

  • Passive: Can remotely interact with a deathbox to claim one item. Cannot be armor.
  • Tactical: Void Passage
    • Creates a portal passageway through a surface.
  • Ultimate: Void Nexus
    • Create a regroup point that all allies can remotely interact with to open a phase tunnel back to that location.

Keep in mind that these are just leaks and everything is subject to change. We’ll be sure to update this piece when things have been confirmed by EA.

Apex Legends Season 21 theme leak

This lines up with the leaked theme for Apex Legends Season 21, as the codename for the new season is “Void,” which further suggests that Alter will have void-like abilities similar to Wraith.

Solo & Quads mode

According to reliable leaker Osvaldatore, Season 21 of Apex Legends will also bring the highly requested Solos mode to the battle royale, which players have been calling for ever since it was first seen during the Iron Crown event in Season 2.

On top of this, players may also be getting a Quads mode, which would see four players squad up for battle royale, as opposed to the standard three.

The dataminer explicitly stated that they “don’t seem to be Limited Time Modes,” which suggests they could be permanent additions to Apex Legends, if the leaks are accurate.

On top of a new Legend, we also expect the standard seasonal content to arrive in Apex Legends Season 21. Check out the list below for the full expected content for the new season:

  • New Legend
  • 110 Tier Battle Pass with new skins and cosmetics
  • New Collection Events (Prestige Skin & Heirloom)
  • New LTMs
  • Map changes
  • Ranked changes
  • Buffs & nerfs for Legends and weapons

Keep in mind that a lot of this is just speculation and leaks, so stay tuned for updates and confirmation regarding Apex Legends Season 21.
