Warzone Season 2 Reloaded buff makes destroying vehicles easy
As part of Warzone Season 2 Reloaded, Black Ops Cold War’s Cavalry Lancer barrel received a buff which increases its damage to vehicles.
The mid-Season 2 update for Warzone has arrived and has included bug fixes, weapon tuning, and new Killstreaks to help secure a win. The dreaded AUG has had its recoil increased, but a buff to the Cavalry Lancer barrel will make destroying vehicles much easier.
You’ll often find the final circles full of vehicles in solo matches as they provide a ton of protection, and it’s difficult for one player to take them out without having a launcher equipped. That is, until now, with the Season 2 Reloaded patch notes stating: “The Cavalry Lancer barrel now increases damage done to vehicles.”
Equipping this barrel to your Cold War weapons in Warzone will allow you to easily destroy these pesky vehicles in only a few seconds. And even if the truck or helicopter isn’t destroyed, the driver will likely panic and jump out, leaving them in the open.
As tested by YouTuber JGOD, it will only take around 46 bullets from the Stoner 63 equipped with a Cavalry Lancer barrel to destroy a Bertha or Helicopter. Whether a player is using the massive truck for cover or they’re trying to complete a Most Wanted contract in a helicopter, you’ll have no issue taking them out.
Best Warzone LMG loadout to destroy vehicles
This Stoner 63 loadout is best suited for Warzone solos, but it’s also useful to have a player ready to take out any vehicles that dare to cross your patch in squad matches.
- Muzzle: Agency Suppressor
- Barrel: 17.8″ Cavalry Lancer
- Optic: Axial Arms 3x
- Underbarrel: Field Agent Foregrip
- Ammunition: 120 Round
With the Cavalry Lancer barrel equipped, taking out vehicles will be a breeze. But you’ll also need to be able to take out players, so we’ve equipped attachments to make sure you can finish off any players who need to abandon their car or truck.
The Agency Suppressor increases your bullet velocity, making hitting helicopters and players easier, and the Axial Arms 3x scope will give you better clarity over range. So you can destroy the vehicle and still have bullets left over for any enemies, we’ve opted for the 120 Round mag. And for some extra recoil control, the Field Agent Grip is a must.
