Warzone: New Roze skin glitch makes player heads invisible

Roze Skin - COD: Warzone

A new glitch with the Roze skin in Warzone is making the head of the player model completely invisible.

It appears that a new bug has appeared in Warzone for the highly debated “Near Dark” Roze skin. Up to now, players have complained that the skin is essentially “pay to win”, as it is very hard to spot in dark areas of the map.

Now, there is a bug where the already hard-to-spot player model can have her head appear completely invisible, per a tweet from Twitter user @conne90.

In the video, whenever the Roze skin takes out her Heartbeat sensor, her head completely disappears, making her not only a hard target to spot but also nearly impossible to headshot.

We’re unsure if players will actually still be able to land a headshot while her head is not visible, but we can safely assume this is a game-breaking glitch, as it can be used to gather intel from head glitches while remaining unseen.

For example, if a player peeks over a building, staircase or ledge, they can simply pull out their heartbeat sensor and have their head completely invisible to enemy players. We’re unsure if this bug is platform specific, so be sure to let us know @charlieINTEL on Twitter if you can replicate this bug.

For the time being, we just recommend players stay vigilant, as there isn’t really much that can be done to combat this exploit. Fortunately, players cannot shoot while Roze’s head is invisible, so this isn’t a bug that will ruin normal Warzone games.

In most lobbies, we don’t expect this bug to destroy competitive integrity, but perhaps some higher skilled players will choose to intentionally or unintentionally abuse this to gain information.

We’ll update if we hear any more about this bug, or if it becomes widespread. Be on the lookout.
