Warzone’s developers have finally addressed a strange glitch that was preventing players from leveling up a few select Vanguard weapons in Season 3.

There are a plethora of powerful weapons to use in Warzone, and you can improve their performance in combat by leveling them up through match wins or by completing different Contracts.

However, players noticed that in Warzone Pacific Season 3, they could no longer level up certain Vanguard weapons. This caught the attention of the developers who have now addressed the issue.

Warzone Pacific KG M40

Warzone players reported that no matter how much grinding they did in the game, they were not gaining weapon XP to level up the KG M40, Volkssturmgewehr, AS44, NZ-41, or the Gorenko Anti-Tank Rifle.

This strange issue didn’t go unnoticed by Raven Software, who then tweeted on May 3 that they’re looking into it. The problem is currently listed under “investigating” on the Warzone Trello board.

Warzone Pacific players are always looking for quick ways to earn XP and get their weapons to max level as this allows them to secure kills quickly and easily. This glitch halts weapon progression, so it’s reassuring to know that the devs are quickly responding to it.

At the time of writing, Raven Software have yet to explain what exactly caused this problem to occur or when players can expect a fix to be implemented. Hopefully, we’ll see this get resolved soon.

The Season 3 update impacted the meta by adding new guns like the M1916 while bringing weapon buffs and nerfs so players are eager to level up different weapons, so this should be high on Raven’s list of priorities.

We’ll keep checking for any more developments regarding this situation and will let you know as soon as Raven Software bring a Warzone Pacific update patch to fix this problem once and for all.
