Warzone 2 expert reveals “overpowered” Sniper support Chimera loadout

Warzone 2 content creator WhosImmortal has revealed his Chimera loadout which he claims makes a perfect Sniper support weapon in Season 1 Reloaded.

The Warzone 2 Season 1 Reloaded update added the Chimera Assault Rifle, a new close-to-mid-range AR option that players can unlock by completing a challenge or extracting with it in the new Building 21 area in DMZ.

Due to the dominance of other Warzone 2 weapons such as the Fennec and RPK, the Chimera has been widely overlooked by players.

However, Warzone expert WhosImmortal is claiming that there’s a place for the Chimera in the meta after revealing his “overpowered” Sniper support Chimera loadout, which is currently his “go-to” loadout.

Barrel: 6.5″ EXF Vorpal
Muzzle: Kastovia DX90
Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper 56
Magazine: 45 Round Mag
Rear Grip: Bruen Flash Grip

WhosImmortal has built the Warzone 2 Chimera for “aggressive pushing” at close range, but says that it can also “hold its own mid-range as well.” For the barrel, the content creator has opted for the 6.5″ EXF Vorpal for added movement speed, aim-down sight speeds, and damage range.

The Kastovia DX90 muzzle provides both bullet velocity and damage range, so that the Chimera can still perform out of close ranges. To help out with accuracy, the FTAC Ripper 56 underbarrel with provide some much-needed stabilization.

The Bruen Flash Grip provides even more mobility and handling, and the 45 Round Mag allows you to take down multiple enemies without the need to reload.

The Warzone expert was able to drop a massive 26 kills on Al Mazrah, which he says is his new personal best. If WhosImmortal was able to get his new PB using this Chimera loadout paired with a Sniper, perhaps you should give it a go too.
