Warzone 2’s ISO Hemlock is an extremely popular weapon, but TheKoreanSavage believes he’s found an Assault Rifle loadout that “performs better,” and could replace it in Season 3.

Since being introduced in Warzone 2 Season 2, the ISO Hemlock has become one of the most popular weapon choices in the game. This is mainly due to the Assault Rifle‘s easy-to-control recoil and hard-hitting nature even at range.

While the Tempus Torrent definitely shook things up when it arrived in the Season 2 Reloaded update, the ISO Hemlock continued to be dominant, but Warzone 2 content creator and expert TheKoreanSavage believes there’s a weapon that outperforms it.

The weapon TheKoreanSavage believes is “way better than the ISO Hemlock” is the TAQ-56, which was one of the best and most popular weapons when Warzone 2 first dropped.

According to TheKoreanSavage, the TAQ-56 outperforms the ISO Hemlock, believing that it has a better “damage output” and TTK thanks to a faster fire rate. For those interested in the TAQ-56 loadout he believes is better than the ISO Hemlock, here’s the full setup.

TheKoreanSavage’s Warzone 2 TAQ-56 loadout

  • Barrel: 17.5″ Tundra Pro Barrel
  • Muzzle: Harbinger D20
  • Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper 56
  • Ammunition: 5.56 High Velocity
  • Magazine: 60 Round Mag

To start off this Warzone 2 TAQ-56 loadout, TheKoreanSavage chooses the 17.5″ Tundra Barrel and Harbinger D20 muzzle to increase damage range and bullet velocity for those longer-ranged battles.

Next up, the FTAC Ripper 56 underbarrel will help you stay on target by increasing the weapon’s aiming idle stability and recoil stabilization. To further increase bullet velocity to ensure your bullets hit first, the 5.56 High Velocity ammunition is a must.

Lastly, to end this loadout TheKoreanSavage opts for the 60 Round Mag. which is great for taking on multiple opponents and securing kills from range.

Definitely give this weapon a try, especially if you’re tired of using the ISO Hemlock, as TheKoreanSavage says the weapon feels like “butter,” and it could be a great option for Season 3 since the Hemlock is likely going to see a nerf.
