Secret Warzone 2 attachment is a “cheat code” that buffs SMGs
Warzone 2 players who utilize SMGs in their loadout must use this secret attachment shared by battle royale guru Metaphor. According to the expert, certain ammunition attachments will provide maximum stats for your SMGs.
Warzone 2 Season 2 Reloaded continues to rage on as players look to rack up wins on both Al Mazrah and Ashika Island. The new Tempus Torrent has made an impact on the meta, as has the VEL 46 following Season 2 Reloaded buffs.
Fans of the VEL 46 and other SMGs will be pleased to hear that a secret attachment trick has been discovered in Warzone 2 that vastly improves the potential of the close-range weapons.
As Warzone 2 expert Metaphor explains, equipping certain ammunition attachments unlocks weapon tuning possibilities that bring no downsides or negative attributes to the weapon. This is a major advantage that drastically buffs SMGs by providing maximum range and power without sacrificing recoil control.
Warzone 2 Overpressured ammunition trick
In the above video, Metaphor explains that when equipping the 9mm Overpressured +P ammunition to the Vaznev, it becomes a “cheat code” in Warzone 2.
Once the ammunition attachment is equipped, players must select weapon tuning and adjust the attributes. The 9mm Overpressured +P ammunition allows you to maximize damage range and bullet velocity without losing recoil smoothness and recoil steadiness.
To do so, be sure to move the slider all the way up and all the way to the right. The Vaznev will feel like it received a major buff just from having this attachment equipped in Warzone 2: “You actually don’t even feel the side effects of losing the recoil.”
Metaphor goes on to suggest that you should be using this attachment on every single SMG in your Warzone inventory. If the Vaznev isn’t your SMG of choice, make sure to use the Overpressured ammunition on your favorite SMG to take advantage of this secret change.
